    The grain of the ground product is uneven, with coarse and fine grains, and some areas are not ground, resulting in burnt products.


    There are several reasons: ① Sand belt: During the manufacturing process of sand belt, the sand particles are uneven; Uneven use and long-term placement of materials on one side result in deviation in the degree of sand loss. There is a problem with the sanding process, as the mesh size is too large to cover the coarse lines in front of the product and cannot be polished thoroughly.

    ② Uneven rubber wheels: Improper use can lead to uneven wear of the wheels, resulting in differences in the patterns that come into contact with the product (long-term use of materials on one side can lead to uneven wear on both sides of the wheels; products with sharp wheels can easily have grooves, and the groove position affects the polishing effect)

    ③ Uneven workbench: the machine has not been leveled before leaving the factory; During the use of the machine, the nut that locks the workbench becomes loose; The workbench is concave. If the product is polished to a very thin thickness, the pressing wheel almost needs to be tightly pressed against the workbench. In the long run, the workbench is prone to being pressed out of the groove by the pressing wheel, causing the product (soft metal deformation, 10 degrees aluminum, copper) to be difficult to grind through and easily get stuck. However, it has little effect on the texture of some hard materials (stainless steel 40 degrees, due to its elasticity, some deformation after passing through the groove of the pressing wheel will immediately recover); If the grinding head of the worktable is also concave, besides soft metal, other hard materials can also produce patterns that cannot be thoroughly ground. Because the product passes through the grinding head, the grinding head will gently press the product down to the concave area, so the grinding head only makes light contact with the product, resulting in the product not being fully ground. (The workbench of the old model machine is welded together with the bracket, while the workbench of the new model machine is detached from the bracket and locked with nuts separately. Compared with the previous model, the stability is not as good. However, if there is a problem with the workbench, it can be disassembled and replaced separately.)


    The solutions include: ① replacing the sand belt; The process ranges from coarse to fine and cannot span too much Solution to replacing the groove of the rubber wheel ③ workbench: A. Use a fixture to raise the thin product and polish it.


    B. If the groove of the workbench is not deep, electric welding can be used to fill the groove to restore the workbench to the plane (the rubber wheel spindle is slightly worn, causing the rubber wheel to shake, which can be easily solved by this method)


    C. If the groove of the workbench is deep, it is necessary to replace the workbench. The first method is to replace the workbench board with a stainless steel material board; The second method is to replace the iron plate with a new one, and place a 2mm thin stainless steel plate (non soft metal materials can be used) on top of the iron plate. In addition to locking the screws in front and back to avoid arching, the screws are also locked on both sides of the grinding head and pressing wheel. It's not like changing the stainless steel workbench or adding stainless steel plates without grooves after polishing, it's just that stainless steel has high hardness and is more wear-resistant. If it is the second case, the thin plate can be disassembled and replaced separately after grinding out the groove, saving costs.
