It is a traditional type made by sewing hemp cloth and pure cotton cloth. It is widely used in polishing and is used on different machines to grind and polish the surface of different metals with polishing wax (purple wax, yellow wax). It has the characteristics of cotton cloth absorbing polishing wax and linen cloth with good cutting force.
The composition of the hemp wheel: The commonly used ones are 5 pieces of hemp and 6 pieces of cloth, with each piece of cloth separated by another piece of hemp, arranged layer by layer, and sewn into 10MM-12MM thick hemp pieces in a circular halo shape. The center hole is drilled, positioned with the middle hole, and then the edge is cut.
Product Customization Parameter Description
1. Diameter: Due to the limitations of the sewing machine, the maximum diameter can only be 450mm, and the minimum diameter is 60mm. The conventional diameter is 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 350mm, 400mm, 450mm, (other specifications need to be customized)
2. Thickness: The thickness of a piece of hemp is 5 layers of cloth and 6 layers of hemp, and pure hemp is 6 layers or more, reaching around 10MM to 12MM (regular thickness). The thickest thickness of the car line is 20MM, and the thicker one can only be bonded with glue.
